Mitch Pletcher, President and Chief Investment officer, founded Concord Investment Counsel in 1991. Mr. Pletcher is a central figure at the firm and is the architect and leader of the firm's investment process. While the firm has grown and matured, the investment philosophy remains the same – to offer prudent and consistent investment strategies built on a proven process, good information, and sound judgment.

Concord Investment Counsel is profitable, financially sound, and has no debt. The firm is a California corporation and is registered with the SEC under Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The company has been 100% independently owned since its inception by two principals of the firm and has no ownership or partnership affiliation with other entities.
